When we moved into the Old Rectory some years ago my wife and I used the large morning room as an office. She writes books and we both use computers, the number of shelves of books grew with the years, and the furniture was added bit by bit. The room was a clutter-lovers heaven; it was a mess!

Last year we decided we really had to do something about the shambles. After the decoration, and to top it all off, we turned to Mark Haywood to design the office furniture and layout. The shabby shelves disappeared and were replaced with made to measure built in wall units. The desks were moulded to our needs, filing cabinets changed, and chests of draws added.

We now have a lovely room which is a pleasure to work in, and which is admired by all our visitors.
