Shipping Information
Our deliveries are outsourced to a third-party delivery service providing a consistently fast and efficient service.
For an accurate delivery service to your chosen shipping address please use our online "Estimate Shipping & Tax" facility found within your Shopping Basket, once you have added all your items. This service will accurately derive delivery options and costs based on your quantity of goods, weight and delivery location.
In the event that our shopping basket can not provide a price for your delivery location please call us on 023 8025 4454 and we will be happy to provide you with a quotation for shipping to your chosen destination.

What to expect
Products may be despatched from multiple distribution centres and therefore orders with multiple items may not all arrive at the same time.
As standard, we offer a kerbside delivery service to your business or residence which does not include removal of packaging, removal of pallets, assembly or setup - unless you have specifically requested the installation service.
Times quoted are quoted in good faith but shall be non-binding. We aim to deliver a high standard of service and will make every effort to deliver the goods as near to the specified date as possible, however delays are sometimes unavoidable due to unforeseen factors. We will not be liable for any delay in the delivery of the goods.
Point of Delivery
Please note that we require a signed consignment note to constitute delivery of goods. Please check that the number of boxes received corresponds with the delivery note before signing.
Redelivery
Your delivery may arrive Monday to Friday anytime between 7.00AM & 6.00PM, please ensure you are available to receive your delivery as there will be a redelivery charge if delivery fails due to the customer not being available.
Packaging
Large orders may be palletised for ease of transport and to mitigate any chance of damaging goods. In these events, our couriers will be unable to open pallets and transport individual goods due to insurance purposes. This type of palletised delivery is also classified as kerbside, therefore it is your responsibility to accept delivery at the kerbside, if this is unacceptable please discuss it with your sales advisor prior to ordering and they may be able to organise an alternative shipping method. Any pallets and packaging will be left with you to recycle or dispose of.
Damaged goods
On receipt of the goods please inspect carefully for damage and advise the carrier's driver accordingly. If you are unable to fully inspect the goods for whatever reason, please sign the consignment note as "unexamined". Should you sign the consignment note as "received in good condition", you may be liable for any damages.
In the unlikely event you receive any damaged goods please advise us via e-mail to sales@haywoodofficeservices.co.uk or by telephone on 023 8025 4454 within 24 hours of receipt, accompanied by photographic evidence of the damaged goods by email.
