RETURNS No Goods may be returned by a customer without the agreement of Haywood Office Goods returned for credit must be accompanied by an advice note quoting the Haywood Office Services Invoice number on which the Goods were originally supplied and the reason for Goods returned to Haywood Office Services for any other reason than those expressly covered in section 6 above will attract a handling and restocking charge of 25%.
